PCB Depaneling Machine

Applying precision machining technology cultivated through camera development, we developed a router-type PCB depaneling machine that achieves high-precision, burr-free separation of perforations in high-density mounted boards and irregular-shaped boards. Leveraging our unique technical assets, we achieve both board quality and process efficiency.

PCB Cleaner

Developed in-house to further improve mounting quality, our PCB cleaner introduced to the mass production line employs a multi-stage cleaning method combining adhesive rollers, antistatic brushes, and ionizers. It thoroughly removes fine contaminants and foreign matter from board surfaces. Additionally, we adopted tablet-based touchscreen operation to achieve an intuitive and highly user-friendly interface.

PCB Handling System

We developed an in-house loader/unloader (PCB handling system) that achieves significant space savings compared to commercial products. Deployed in prototype reflow equipment and mass production/inspection lines, it contributes to production floor layout optimization and throughput improvement.
