Yes, you can. We accept requests for individual processes such as design only, prototyping only, mass production only, or component procurement only. We flexibly accommodate your in-house resources and development phase.

We have extensive experience in electronics development across a wide range of industries and fields, including industrial equipment, telecommunications equipment, automotive electronics, cameras/optical instruments, measurement instruments, and robotics. We are particularly strong in camera development, having developed our own products such as the Head-Separated Compact Global Shutter Camera and Ultra-Compact Industrial Endoscope.

We support all stages from upstream processes such as specification definition, circuit design, PCB design, housing design, and software development, through to prototyping, evaluation, and mass production. We welcome consultations from the idea or concept stage and can assist with organizing technical challenges.

We have developed and sell our own products including the Head-Separated Compact Global Shutter Camera (including liquid lens version) and Ultra-Compact Industrial Endoscope, and have accumulated extensive technical know-how in camera circuit design, image processing, and precision mechanical design. Yes. We provide integrated support from circuit design through PCB design, simulation analysis (electromagnetic, thermal, signal), to PCB production. By performing design and production at the same facility, we achieve improved design quality and reduced rework during prototyping.

Yes. We support PCB simulation analysis including electromagnetic analysis, thermal analysis, and signal analysis. We use CR8000 Design Force, CR5000 Board Designer, Altium Designer, and OrCAD X Professional for PCB design. Our multi-CAD capability allows us to select the optimal workflow to match each customer's design environment, flexibly handle existing data utilization and migration, and achieve both shorter design lead times and assured quality.

Yes. Our electronic component procurement service enables us to procure a wide range of electronic components through partnerships with numerous component manufacturers and distributors. Yes. We also provide harness and housing procurement services. By entrusting us with the procurement of various materials that make up your product, including electronic components, we help reduce your procurement workload and optimize procurement costs. Yes. We have a flexible manufacturing system that ranges from Prototype Assembly services starting from a single board to Mass Production Assembly (EMS) with consistent quality.

Yes. Since we have consolidated our development and manufacturing facilities in Tokyo with a one-stop system, the same team continues to handle everything from prototype development to mass production. Design information and process know-how from the prototyping stage can be directly applied to mass production, enabling a transition with reduced quality risks and startup costs.

Yes. We have high-density mounting technology including our proprietary manufacturing equipment, and can handle compact, high-density assembly. Please contact us to confirm detailed specifications such as component sizes, board sizes, and mounting methods.

We implement data-driven quality control through our Smart Factory system using our proprietary production management system. We also support traceability management, recording and managing information on components used and manufacturing processes.
