Initiatives for High-Quality Assurance

  • We maintain assembly nonconformance rates below 1ppm, providing stable, high-quality PCB assembly.
  • To accommodate component procurement for small lots, we also internally tape cut reel components. This enables stable quality through mounter assembly and short delivery time support.
  • DIP assembly using automatic selective wave soldering equipment ensures uniform and reliable solder quality.
  • AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) is applied to all units from the prototype stage, maintaining high quality standards.
  • 14 inspectors holding the Micro Soldering Inspector qualification (certified by the Japan Welding Society) and internal certification conduct visual inspection and electrical testing before shipment.

Can you assemble prototypes starting from a single board?
Yes. We accept prototype assembly orders starting from a single board. Our high-efficiency assembly line is specialised for high-mix, low-volume production and is configured to respond flexibly to urgent requests and specification changes.
What is the fastest turnaround time available?
We can deliver in as little as one overnight turnaround (next-day delivery). By positioning each piece of equipment independently, we have built a production setup that can accommodate sudden orders and schedule changes.
What quality control measures are in place for prototype assembly?
We apply automated optical inspection (AOI) to every board from the prototype stage. Inspectors holding the Micro Soldering Inspector qualification (certified by the Japan Welding Society) and in-house certifications conduct visual inspection and electrical testing before shipment.
Do you manufacture metal masks (stencils) in-house?
Yes. We have introduced a laser processing machine that enables in-house metal mask fabrication. This allows us to respond in as little as half a day and helps reduce initial tooling costs.
Can prototype assembly transition smoothly to mass production?
Yes. The manufacturing methods, specifications, and jigs established during prototyping can be carried over directly to the mass production process. Because the same team handles both prototype and mass production at the same facility, quality risks and ramp-up costs are kept to a minimum.
