Health Management Promotion System
The Company will regularly operate a cross-departmental meeting body where relevant departments collaborate to understand the current health situation, share issues, and make policy decisions. We will comprehensively address occupational safety and health, mental health, and support for balancing work with medical treatment, childcare, and nursing care, leading to company-wide implementation and continuous improvement.
