Third-party provision will be managed in accordance with laws, contracts, and internal procedures, and access rights, removal restrictions, retention periods, and disposal will be appropriately managed.
6. Strengthening Information Security
We will protect information assets from unauthorized access and cyber attacks. We will implement access rights management, encryption, patch application, monitoring, and log management. In the event of an incident, we will promptly report, contain, recover, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Prohibition of Illegal Stock Trading
We will not engage in any trading of securities using material undisclosed information about listed companies, etc., learned through business operations, nor will we communicate such information to third parties or recommend transactions. We also prohibit inappropriate provision of our company's non-public information to external parties.
8. Proper Accounting and Record Management
We will properly process accounting and tax matters and will not engage in false statements or fraudulent accounting. Records related to transactions, inspections, quality, etc., will be accurately created and appropriately stored for the prescribed period.

We prohibit harassment and will respond promptly and fairly to complaints and consultations.
10. Ensuring Appropriate Working Environment
We will comply with labor-related laws and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. We are committed to controlling long working hours, promoting vacation acquisition, and supporting occupational safety, health, and mental health.
11. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
We will respect and not infringe upon third parties' rights such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks. We will also properly manage our own intellectual property. We will comply with license conditions for open-source software and other materials.
